Taxes & Incentives

All individual, estates, trusts, part-year residents and non-residents with income from Oregon sources are required to pay income taxes on the net adjusted income.
The rates are as follows:

Income & Property Taxes

Income Taxes on Business

Corporations doing or authorized to do business in Oregon pay excise tax. Corporations not doing or not authorized to do business, but having income from an Oregon source, pay income tax. Oregon net income for tax rate is 6.6%. There is a minimum excise tax of $10.00.

Property Taxes

Ballot measures approved by Oregon taxpayers in recent years have cut property taxes and limited their growth. Assessed values were rolled back to 90% of 1995-96 levels, and future growth limited to 3% per year with the exception of items such as new construction and remodeling. You can pay property taxes online! See the Lincoln County Treasurer/Tax Office.
