Join us on a 3-hour tour of the best auction items from our most excellent local businesses.
The fun begins with a reception that includes appetizers and no host bar beginning at 6pm in the Lower Lobby. Silent Auction items will be available to bid on during the reception.
Dinner will be served along with more Silent Auction items and a Live Auction in the Salon.
Funds raised at the Auction will be reinvested in year-round programming of the Chamber, who in turn support area businesses and provide residents with community-oriented activities and benefits associated with several organizations.
$75 per person charge includes appetizers, dinner, wine at your table of 8 people and dessert.

Timeline:
6pm- Registration, Reception with Appetizers, No-host Bar & Silent Auction in the Lower Lobby (silent auction tables in lobby close at 7pm)
6:45pm- Welcome message & Dinner service begins in the Salon
7:45pm- Dessert service, Silent Auction tables in Salon close & Live Auction begins.
9:00pm-Â Conclusion, Auction check out begins
Appetizers:
Seared Ahi Tuna- rare Ahi Tuna, cucumber & spanish aioli
Caprese- Mozzarella, tomato, & fresh basil with a pesto & balsamic reduction
Fresh Seasonal Crudité
Plated Dinner:
Strawberry & Spinach Salad
Choice of:
- Tenderloin Beef Medallions-Â Beef tenderloin medallions cooked to medium and topped with Malbec demi-glace. Served with whipped yukon gold potatoes and roasted vegetables.
- Alaskan Halibut -Â Parmesan encrusted Alaskan halibut, topped with shrimp sauce. Served with a wild rice blend and roasted vegetables.
- Tofu & Broccoli Teriyaki Bowl-Â Tofu and seasonal vegetables simmered in teriyaki sauce served over jasmine rice.
DESSERT:
Flourless Chocolate Torte with Raspberry Sauce
